The Coffee Bean ® Black Forest Ice Blended drink Recipe. HOT Chocolate Milk Tea. In a saucepan add the half and half and remaining dry hot cocoa mix. Heat over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat. To a tea cup or mug, add the prepared boba (optional), hot black tea, and warmed chocolate milk mixture. Stir together and drink!Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until about 75% melted. Stir, allowing the residual heat in the bowl to melt the chocolate completely. (Alternatively, the chocolate can be melted in a bowl over a double boiler.) Add the cocoa powder and salt. Stir until completely smooth.
Instructions. Add the milk, heavy cream, hot chocolate powder mix, chocolate syrup, and powdered sugar to a blender with ice and pulse until smooth. Add additional ice as needed to reach desired thickness. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and sprinkles. Serve with a straw.

Spread the chocolate flakes over a small dish and dip the rim of each martini glass in the chocolate flakes. Set the glasses aside while you mix the drink. Add the ice to a large cocktail shaker.
